Youth Leadership Fort Wayne (YLFW) is a program designed for sophomores in high school who are not already in leadership positions but whose potential for leadership has been recognized by the schools and youth organizations that nominate them.

Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) is an introductory leadership program designed for middle school students and facilitated by graduates of Youth Leadership Fort Wayne.

Regional Leadership Experience (RLE) provides a platform to accelerate transformational change in Northeast Indiana by bringing business and community leaders together to learn from the innovations and best practices of other communities.

Northeast Indiana Nonprofit Alliance (NINA) is a membership organization for area nonprofit organizations. NINA's mission is to strengthen nonprofits through leadership and organizational development.

LFW Signature Program consists of ten full-day programs (September through May), including opening and closing retreats, opportunities for hands-on learning experiences, and an internship on a not-for-profit board of directors.

The mission of Leadership Fort Wayne is to train, prepare and inspire individuals to positively impact the community through civic engagement.
