Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD)
LEAD is a leadership development program for middle school students taught by the LEAD Facilitators who are graduates of Youth Leadership Fort Wayne.
LEAD Facilitators visit the middle schools for a three hour training session during the school day. LEAD offers the opportunity for middle school and high school youth to work together to discover and develop their leadership skills. LEAD adheres to carefully developed outcome goals which are evaluated at the end of the training session.
