Leadership Fort Wayne
Leadership Fort Wayne is a classic example of getting what you put into it. The more you put into LFW, the more you get out of it. The more time I invested in practicing the leadership techniques our class discussed, the more they became ingrained as a part of my standard approach to positions of leadership I find myself in. The class also helped me develop a sense of what my personal mission is, and helped me identify those areas that are most important to me.
