A good leader can look from
afar at how all the people could blend together to use their talents to
make everything come together. They are a visionary, one who sees the end
product and can get a group to make it happen while being able to articulate
that vision to others.
People come out of Leadership Fort Wayne with a better sense of knowing
how to lead; where they can accomplish something. It’s fun, not
boring, very informative; it challenges you to think.
